Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager / Service Delivery Manager to join our IT support company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project delivery and service operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of IT support services.

Roles and Responsibilities

  Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.

  Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and service operations.

  Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure successful outcomes.

  Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation to track project milestones and deliverables.

  Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues.

  Manage service delivery processes and workflows to ensure high-quality and efficient service delivery to clients.

  Conduct regular performance reviews and evaluations to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.

  Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery processes.

  Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards in all project and service delivery activities.

  Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery capabilities and drive business growth.

Mandatory Skills

  Proven experience as a Project Manager or Service Delivery Manager in the IT support industry.

  Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

  In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

  Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work under pressure.

  Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address project issues and drive solutions.

  Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and best practices.

  Proficiency in project management software and tools for project planning and tracking.

  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).

  Project Management Professional (PMP) or ITIL certification is a plus.
